摘要本文研究的主要内容是通过 RSLogix 5000 编程下载到 PLC ,实现由 PLC 控制 TestStand 绘制的 3D仿真机械手装配系统。以实验设备中自动化生产线的机械手工作站为对象,分析了四自由度机械手工作过程,通过 TestStand 软件制作出实验室自动化生产线设备的产品自动识别单元、机械手自动装配单元、成品自动存储单元的 3D仿真模型。在RSLogix 500 0 中建两个 Taskes 分别编写机械手模型的底层控制程序和动作仿真程序,通过 RSLinx Classic ,实现 RSLogix 5000 和TestStand 软件之间的通信,通过 PLC 控制实现仿真机械手能在其回转半径空间内实现对物件的抓取、放置。使学生更好的了解生产线上机械手臂的运作,有效的提高学生 PLC 程序设计和编写的能力,具有一定的使用价值,有很好的实践教学效果。关键词: Hand assembly system 3D simulation machine based on RSLogix Abstract The main content of this paper is to download via RSLogix 5000 programming to realize PLC, hand assembly system 3D simulation of mechanical TestStand drawing by PLC control. The mechanical hand automation equipment in the production line for the station as the object, analysis of four degree of freedom manipulator working process, through the TestStand software produced in laboratory automation production line equipment products automatic recognition unit, the robot assembly simulation model of 3D unit, the automatic storage unit. In RSLogix 5000 build two Taskes respectively prepared manipulator model control procedures and action simulation program by RSLinx bottom, Classic, realize munication between RSLogix 5000 and TestStand software, through the PLC control to realize the simulation manipulator can realize the object grasp, placed in the radius of gyration of space. Enable students to better understand the mechanical arm production line operation, increase the students PLC programming effectively and writing ability, has certain use value, practice teaching effect is very good.
