1 硬壳坝在洙盘二座水毁大坝修复中的应用(1) 摘要: 1993 年6月 19 日,江西省婺源县赋春水上相邻两梯级大坝同时水毁, 二座电站顿时瘫痪, 重创了当地的生产和人民群众的生活秩序。一时间, 群众悲观失望情绪迅速滋生蔓延开来。笔者硬是在这窘况下,深入现场,反复勘测, 精心比选, 巧妙地采用硬壳坝结构或延长或加固, 一冬完成了全部水毁修复工程,多快好省地恢复了洙盘二座电站发电,实现了当地的生产自救。关键词: 水毁修复硬壳坝设计方案 abstract: on june 19,1993, the sudden flood burst simultaneously two wEirs which were step by step constructed on fuchun river of wuyuan county of jiangxi province, zhucun and panshan water power stations were paralyzed at once, the local industrial and agricultural production was seriously wounded, so was the local people ’s living order. for a short 2 while, pessimistic and disappointed feeling rapidly filled the local people ’s mind. how could the difficult position of widespread disaster and insufficient funds be break away from? in accordance with the characteristic of the two damaged wEIrs, the writer ingeniously made the rehabilitating design of the wounded with the construction of concrete shell weir, and the two weirs were reconstructed economically and securely in that winter. key words: water destroy; rehabilitation; concrete shell weir; design; project 1 引言 1993 年6月 19 日婺源县及毗邻的景德镇市普降罕见暴雨, 山洪爆发,凶猛的赋春水像一匹脱缰野马一头撞开盘山大坝,携满库河水倾巢而下,然未出十里突遇洙村大坝拦截, 困兽犹斗, 决右岸圩堤而出。洪水退去, 盘山大坝残存 30m (左坝段) ;洙村大坝右岸农田则深切成河,其宽达 60m , 长 120m , 两座水库均几乎底朝天, 几百千瓦装机陷于瘫痪, 直接经济损失高达 160 万元。重创了当地的生产和人民群众 3 的生活秩序。为实现生产自救, 婺源县委县府决定迅速开展重建。 2 盘山大坝加固与重建盘山水电站装机 200kw ,多年平均年发电量 110 万 kwh ,坝址以上流域面积 2
