1 仿生种植牙模型的三维有限元研究作者:王宗篪, 庄国铭, 谢培庆, 赖森财【关键词】牙种植;牙周膜;牙模型;有限元分析;牙应力摘要: 目的研究仿生种植牙、天然牙和骨性结合种植体 3 种模型骨界面上的应力分布,从理论上探讨种植体的新模型。方法应用螺旋 CT 对上颌中切牙标本进行扫描,分别建立仿生种植牙、天然牙和骨性结合种植体模型, 对3 个模型施加同样的载荷, 应用 Super SAP93 软件, 计算出天然牙周膜和仿生牙周膜以及3 种模型骨界面上的应力分布。结果仿生牙周膜和天然牙周膜内外表面应力的变化趋势相同;骨性结合种植体模型骨界面上在颈部出现应力集中;仿生种植牙和天然牙 2 个模型骨界面上最大 Von Mise s 应力从颈部到根端的变化比较均匀, 没有出现颈部应力集中现象。结论引入仿生牙周膜能起到天然牙周膜的生物力学功能, 它能实现牙合力的分散和减缓作用, 使仿生种植牙骨界面上的应力分布比较均匀, 从生物力学相容性上说明了仿生种植牙模型的可行性。 2 关键词: 牙种植;牙周膜;牙模型;有限元分析;牙应力 ABSTRACT:Objective To research the stress distribution of the bone interface of the bionic dental implant, natural tooth and osseointegrated implant, and to study the new model of the implant in theory. Methods The shape data of the central maxillary incisor are obtained by helixCT, then the threedimensional finite element models of the bionic implant, natural tooth and osseointegrated implant can be set up, distribution of the natural periodontal membrane, bionic periodontal membrane and the bone interface of the three models are calculated out by SuperSAP93, when the same load exerted to the three models. Results The stress change of the inside and outside surface of the natural periodontal membrane and bionic periodontal membrane is in the same tendency. The stress concentration appears in the cervix of the osseointegrated maximum Von Mises stress which is on the bone interface of the bionic implant and the natural tooth changes evenly from thEir cervix to thEIr roots, the stress concentration doesn ’t appear in the cervix. 3 Conclusion The bionic periodontal membrane has the same function as the natural periodontal membrane. It has the dispersing and cushioning action against stress, and it make the stress of the bone interface of the bionic implant distribute evenly.
