1 仿真头颅模型用于口腔修复学教学的效果评价作者:黄翠邬凌王贻宁李四群徐东选夏海滨【关键词】仿真头颅模型[摘要] 目的:证明与传统的临床前期教学相比,仿真头颅模型教学是否提高口腔修复学教学质量。方法:向武汉大学口腔医学院接受仿真头颅模型教学的 2000 级学生发放问卷调查, 及对额外接受 10h 仿真头颅模型教学的 200 0 级和只接受传统实验室教学的 1998 两个年级学生的牙体预备质量进行评价。结果: 绝大多数学生对仿真头颅模型在教学中的作用给予了肯定, 额外的 10h 仿真头颅模型训练对学生的操作水平有显著提高。结论: 仿真头颅模型提高了修复学教学质量,是值得推广的教学工具。[关键词] 仿真头颅模型临床前期教学口腔教育[ Abstract ] Objective: To evaluate if additional phantom head training improves the effect of prosthodontic education pared with traditional preclinical education. Methods: The questionnaires concerned the attitude towards phantom head training were delivered to students who had recEived phantom head training. Two groups of students were selected to do the tooth preparation of porcelain fused to metal crown, one group practiced this skill in traditional dentistry laboratory, and the other plus additional 10 hours of phantom head training. The performance were marked and analysed. Results: The questionnaire revealed that, the majority of students had positive response to phantom head, and students with phantom head experience performed better in tooth preparation. Conclusion: The phantom head training can improve the practice skill of dental students.
