1 伦尔欣对糖尿病大鼠肾小球血管细胞外基质表达的干预作用作者:李强翔,龚汉仁,何美英,尹书东,谢晓云,孙志香【摘要】目的观察伦尔欣对糖尿病大鼠肾小球细胞外基质表达的干预作用。方法利用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射法诱导建立Ⅰ型糖尿病大鼠模型,将实验用 SD 大鼠随机分正常对照组、糖尿病组和伦尔欣治疗组。治疗 16 周,观察治疗后晚期糖基化终末产物、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、内生肌酐清除率、 24h 尿蛋白排泄率;免疫组织化学检测肾小球细胞外基质的表达。结果造模组大鼠均出现肾脏功能损害; ②伦尔欣能降低糖尿病大鼠的晚期糖基化终末产物、丙二醛、 24h 尿白蛋白排泄率和Ⅰ型胶原的表达,增加超氧化物歧化酶和内生肌酐清除率,硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白表达显著升高。结论伦尔欣通过调节肾小球细胞外基质表达发挥对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。【关键词】伦尔欣;糖尿病模型;细胞外基质 2 Intervention of Lunerxin on the expression of glomerulus extracellular matrix in streptozotocin 拟 induced diabetic nephropathy rats ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the regulatory effect of Lunerxin on glomerulus extracellular matrix of streptozotocin 拟 induced diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic nephropathy in rats was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. The rats were allocated to normal control group, model group, and Lunerxin group for 16 weeks. After the treatment, blood advanced glycosylation end product level, malonaldehyde (MDA), erythrocuprEin (SOD), urinary albumin excretion rate of the 24拟 hours, and clearance rate of creatinine, as well as collagen Ⅰ and HSPG were determined by in situ immunohistochemistry in different groups. Results Diabetes mellitus and renal function lesion occurred in the two model groups. Lunerxin could improve the general state, and decrease advanced glycosylation end products, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, urinary albumin excretion rate of the 24拟 hours and the expression of collagen Ⅰ. It increased clearance rate of creatinine and expression of heparan sulfate proteoglycan in the kidney significantly at the same time. Conclusion 3 Lunerxin has certain protective effect on the kidney by regulating the expression of glomerulus extracellular matrix.
