1 内皮抑素在肺癌患者外周血清及支气管肺泡灌洗液中的表达研究作者: 左志通, 凌春华, 刘皓, 季成, 王旭, 潘顺全, 张素娟‘【摘要】目的探讨内皮抑素(Endostatin) 在肺癌患者外周血清及支气管肺泡灌洗液(Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,BALF) 中的表达以及与肺癌临床病理生理特征的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(Enzyme 拟 linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA) 检测初诊肺癌47 例及肺良性病变18 例患者外周血清及 BALF 中 Endostatin 的表达水平。结果肺癌患者外周血清及 BALF 中 Endostatin 分别为( ± ) ng/ml 和( ± ) ng/ml, 显著高于肺良性病变者( P< );肺癌晚期、有淋巴结及远处转移、肺腺癌患者外周血清及 BAL F 中 Endostatin 高表达;肺癌患者 Endostatin 在外周血清及灌洗液中的表达呈线性正相关(P= ) 。结论检测外周血清及支气管肺泡灌洗液中 Endostatin 均有助于肺癌的诊断及较好提示其生物学行为。【关键词】肺肿瘤; 内皮抑素; 血清; 支气管肺泡灌洗液; 酶联 2 免疫吸附法 Expression of Endostatin in Serum and in Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid in Patients with Lung Cancer Abstract : Objective To evaluate the expression of endostatin in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and serum in patients with lung cancer. And to analysis the relationship between the levels of it and clinical features as well as pathophysiological The samples of serum and BALF were obtained from 47 patients with untreated primary lung cancer and 18 patients with benign pulmonary diseases. The levels of endostatin were analyzed by enzyme 拟 linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The expression of endostatin in serum was ( ± ) ng/ml and in BALF was ( ± ) ng/ml in patients with lung the expression of endostatin in patients with benign pulmonary diseases was ( ± ) ng/ml and ( ± ) ng/ml,respectively (),there was significantly difference between levels of endostatin in serum and BALF in advanced stage lung cancer patients were higher than those of early stage patients. In adenocarcinoma patients was 3 significantly higher than that in patients with squamous cell carcinoma and SCLC in serum and BALF. Endostatin concentrations in BALF and in serum were significantly higher in patients with lymph node and distant metastasis than those patients with no metastasis.
