      七、第二十六条修改为：“ 违反本规定构成《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及其实施条例等法律法规规定的违法行为的，依照有关法律法规的规定予以处罚。”
      八、第二十八条修改为：“违反本规定第十五条，未按规定标注警示标志或中文警示说明的，依照《中华人民共和国产品质量法》第五十四条规定进行处罚。”
      九、删除第三十条。
 
      本决定自公布之日起施行。
      《食品标识管理规定》根据本决定作相应的修订，重新公布。

第一章  总  则
第一条  为了加强对食品标识的监督管理，规范食品标识的标注，防止质量欺诈，保护企业和消费者合法权益，根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》、《中华人民共和国产品质量法》、《国务院关于加强食品等产品安全监督管理的特别规定》等法律法规，制定本规定。
