摘要
世界上最为著名的酒有六大蒸馏酒,我国的白酒就是这六个中的一个,同时也是中国最有特色的。2002到2012是白酒行业的黄金增长期。在2012年以后,白酒行业受到多个因素的影响,具体包括宏观经济以及八项规定等因素,逐步进入整顿时期。到了2015年才逐步开始恢复发展,首先最开始恢复的是高端白酒。目前来看,我们还必须要关注一个问题,就是如何建立一个完善的内部控制制度,以及具体的健全措施。
本文结合白酒企业的现状,以酒鬼酒1亿存款被盗事件作为案例,对白酒企业开展内部控制存在的问题、应关注的高风险领域提出建议。

Abstract
Our wine is one of the six world famous distilled liquor, is a beverage with Chinese characteristics. Liquor industry has experienced from 2002-2012 Decade of the golden period of growth, the birth of a large number of panies. In 2012, by the macroeconomic, eight regulations, prohibitions and restrictions six Excellencies consumption policy influence, the liquor industry has entered a period of adjustment. From 2015, the liquor industry began to have signs of recovery, the first recovery of high-end liquor, liquor continued differentiation in the end. However, to establish a sound internal control system is still an issue we need sustained attention.
In this paper, the status quo liquor business, alcoholic liquor to deposit 100 million theft as a case of liquor enterprises to develop internal control problems and make mendations for high-risk areas should be concerned this paper, the status quo of internal control liquor, alcoholic liquor in the theft of 100 million deposit as a case of liquor enterprises to develop internal control problems and make mendations for high-risk areas should be concerned about.
