摘要
地铁辅助逆变系统是地铁车辆上的一个至关重要的电气元件部分,它负责为空调机组、通风机、照明、电加热器等交流负载提供平稳的三相380V电源。该系统保证了车辆运行的稳定可靠性。本文设计出了一种辅助逆变系统的方法,经过了理论和实践的验证,最终实现了正确的仿真波形,通过仿真实验证实了方案的正确性。
该系统的直流滤波电路选择两个电容器,每个电容器并联一个放电电阻用来消除纹波,选择的直流侧滤波电容为4mF,耐压值1000V,一个滤波电抗器,,接着经过DC/DC隔离变换电路(采用全桥变换电路)变更为中间直流电压,其网压为650V,开关管选择IGBT,与之并联的快恢复二极管的额定电压为1200V,额定电流为150A,随后经过三相逆变电路,选择的是三电平逆变器,开关管选择IPM智能功率模块,该模块内含各种保护装置,制动电路,驱动电路。最后经过三相滤波电路,,,最终输出三相工频交流电,线电压的额定值为380V。
通过选型和计算,利用Matlab软件对三相逆变器和滤波电路进行仿真,最终实现了符合设计要求的仿真波形。

Abstract
Metro auxiliary inverse system is a vital of metro vehicle ponents parts, it is responsible for air conditioning unit, fan, lighting, electric heater etc ac load to provide stable three-phase 380V power supply. The system to ensure the stability of the vehicle running reliability. This paper designed a kind of method of the auxiliary inverse system, passed the verification of the theory and practice, finally realizes the simulation waveform of the right through the simulation results confirm the validity of the scheme.
DC filter circuit of the system to choose two capacitors, each a discharge resistor in parallel capacitor is used to limit switching surge current, the selection of DC side filter capacitance is 4mF, withstand voltage value of 1000V , a filter reactor inductance value is , then through a DC/DC mutation circuit (conversion circuit adopts full bridge) change for the intermediate DC voltage, work voltage is 650V , choose IGBT switch tube, fast recovery diodes in parallel with the rated voltage of 1200V , rated current is 150A, then through the three-phase inverse circuit, three level inverse is selected, select intelligent power module IPM switch tube, the module includes various protection devices, brake circuit, drive circuit.
