9、完成深化推进“创立国家卫生县城〞、“创立省级文明县城〞等活动的组织、安排、实施等工作。
〔二〕、行政业务
1、协助主任、书记做好行政、党务、业务、人事管理工作，做好中心工作方案及组织实施过程中的协调和按月考核；按时做好半年及年终工作总结。
2、组织安排中心各类学****催促各科对两委会决议事项贯彻落实。做好接待和各种会议的准备及记录工作。
3、做好文件的收发、拟办、批办和各类档案收集管理、统计及文件资料的打印复印工作，完成及时率达100%。
4、做好车辆的调度、使用、车辆维修方案的报批工作，保证业务工作用车。年内无平安事故发生。
5、合理安排值班，催促检查值班日志记录情况；编撰疾控简讯及年度大事记；做好会议、活动照〔摄〕像等工作，及时上报卫生统计信息。
6、做好人员调资和专业技术人员职称考试、评审、聘任、业务培训、学术交流的组织工作及离退休人员管理工作。
7、完成科室及清洁区卫生每月检查、评比一次。
8、及时收集各业务科室的最新工作动态，做好中心工作信息的编撰和报送工作。
9、年内继续做好县级园林式单位创立和疾控机构绩效考核工作。
10、各项工作要有完整的方案、过程资料、总〔小〕结。
〔三〕、财务总务
1、做好财务年、季度预决算和收支方案，编制会计报表，当好领导参谋助手，管好单位财务。
