挖掘机液压系统设计
摘要
挖掘机中最重要的组成部分是挖掘机的整个液压系统,挖掘机工作时的动力控制系统是液压系统。挖掘机多用于工作条件较为恶劣的环境,工作臂及底盘工作幅度较大,故此,要求挖掘机的液压系统有良好的稳定性,有较长无故障时间。挖掘机的工作性能依赖于液压系统的性能高低。挖掘机的发展随着液压技术的提升而不断的提升,形成一种共生关系。现今挖掘机技术的长足发展是基于当代液压技术,同时也促进了液压技术的发展。基本回路和辅助回路是挖掘机液压系统的主要组成。主要包含限压、卸荷、缓冲、节流调速和节流限速、行走限速、支腿顺序、支腿锁止和先导阀操纵等回路。它们不同组合构成功能不尽相同的液压系统。伴随着需求的多样化,液压系统会变得复杂,满足更多需求,操作更加人性化,效率得到提升,能量损耗减小,液压系统的发展会使得挖掘机发挥出更好的功用。

Abstract
The most ponent of excavator is the whole hydraulic system of excavator. The power control system of excavator is hydraulic system. Excavators are mostly used in harsh working conditions, and the working arm and chassis have a larger working range. Therefore, the hydraulic system of excavators is required to have good stability and long failure free time. The performance of the excavator depends on the performance of the hydraulic system. With the development of hydraulic technology, the excavator has been continuously improved, forming a symbiotic relationship. Nowadays, the rapid development of excavator technology is based on modern hydraulic technology, and it also promotes the development of hydraulic technology. The basic circuit and auxiliary circuit are the ponents of excavator hydraulic system. It mainly includes pressure limiting circuit, unloading loop, buffer circuit, throttling speed regulation and throttling speed limit loop, speed limit circuit, outrigger sequence loop, outrigger locking loop and pilot valve control loop. They vary position to form a hydraulic system with varying functions. With the demand of diversification, the hydraulic system will plicated, meet the needs of more and more user-friendly operation, improve the efficiency, reduce energy consumption, the development of the hydraulic system will make excavator play a better function.
