　　 护理干预方法
　　 B组 B组患者接受常规护理方案进行干预治疗：行一般疾病指导，引导患者以正确的方式对待流涕、干咳等症状；要求患者避开猛烈运动等可能不利于预后的活动；常规沟通，引导患者以合理的态度对待疾病；指导用药。其他还可按需指导饮食、日常作息等。
　　 A组 A组患者在此基础上实行细节护理联合心理干预进行护理。①放松性练****医护人员每日于晨起早饭后、午饭后及晚间9点前后在患者间开展放松性练****活动，包括播放伸展性的音乐，指导患者取仰卧位，在舒缓音乐中放松身心，摒除杂念；②认知性干预：护理人员通过适当语言鼓舞患者、灌输呼吸道疾病基本学问、列举该疾病治愈率等方式，关怀患者建立战胜疾病的信念，排遣其不良心情，提升治疗的依从性；③家庭性心理干预：争论表明，患者家属心情对患者自身心情具有直接影响，因此医护人员要作好家属沟通工作，提升患者家属的治疗信念与基本疾病常识，告知家属必要的心情流露及关心治疗方法，通过鼓舞患者、促进家属间沟通沟通等方式，利用乐观心理示意提升患者治疗的依从性，以获得
