1、节约用电

一是所有房间配置25瓦灯管照明，楼梯间、卫生间逐步更换LED节能灯，并在开关处贴上提示标语提示人走灯关，避免长明灯；二是各办公室配备的办公自动化设备在当天没有业务时，尽量少开机，设备启用后要尽量减少待机消耗,另外，对老旧设备加强日常维护，减少因机器故障造成的资源损耗；三是杜绝使用电炉或煤气炉取暖、做饭、烧水；四是做到下班专人检查办公室电器、灯是否关闭，做到人走灯灭，切断空调电源，杜绝长明灯。
2、节约用水
要求职工用水后要随手关闭水龙头，养成良好的用水****惯，严格禁止长流水。推广生活用水循环使用方法，比如用洗手、洗衣服的水冲厕所。尤其加强公司食堂的科学用水，尽量循环利用清洗蔬菜的水，避免水资源浪费。
3、节约办公用品
项目部所有物品的采购必须严格实行先计划审批再进行采购的制度。采购小组要按照“同等质量比价格，同等价格比质量”的原则进行询价、压价、议价后方可采购。采购的办公用品、设备维修材料配件等必须由办公室清点验收入库，并在经理副经理在票据上签字认可后方可报销。打印文件时应尽量在电子媒介上核对修改，减少重复打印次数，必须打印时先利用废纸打印，核对无误后再正式打印，打印文件要求双面印文，同时要尽量减少和降低微机消耗材料。争取办公用品节约费用与历年同期相比节约
