摘要
叉车主要用于厂矿、仓库、车站、港口、机场、货场、流通中心和配送中心等场所,并能进入船舱、车厢和集装箱内、对成件、包装件、以及托盘、集装箱等集装件进行装卸、堆码、拆垛、短途搬运等工作,是托盘运输、集装箱运输必不可少的设备。门架系统是叉车的工作装置,是进行装卸作业的直接工作机构,货物的叉取卸放、升降堆码都靠它完成。
叉车门架是叉车取物装置的主要承重结构。根据叉取货物起升高度的要求,叉车门架可做成两级或多级,常见的普通叉车多采用两级门架。两级门架由内门架和外门架组成,悬挂在叉架上的货叉和叉架一起借助于叉架滚轮沿内门架上下移动,带动货物起升或下降。内门架靠起升油缸驱动
升降,亦由滚轮导向。门架后方的两侧设有倾斜油缸,可使门架前倾或后仰(门架最大前倾角约3°-6°,后仰角约为10°~13°),以利叉取和堆放货物。
