摘要
齿轮减速器作为一种应用广泛、典型的机械传动装置,主要用途是在电动机和工作机构之间起到调节转速和传递转矩的作用,在现代化生产中起到了无法替代的作用。本文设计的减速器主要由互相啮合的齿轮、传动轴、箱体结构及轴承等组成,它主要是靠齿轮传动装置来实现运作。齿轮传动是机械中不可或缺的传动形式之一,而变位齿轮传动又是齿轮传动中较优越的一种类型。考虑到本设计的应用场合,为了减少减速器的体积,配凑中心距,齿轮传动采用变位齿轮。
本设计综合了运用机械设计、计算机辅助设计、机械精度设计、理论力学、机械原理等,采用UG NX三维造型和装配,完成了齿轮设计、轴设计及箱体结构三维设计等内容,并对重要零件进行有限元强度分析,完成齿轮轴强度校核。最终完成了减速器装配图、零件图的绘制,使设计结果得到最直接的体现。关键词:二级减速器;齿轮传动;变位齿轮;有限元分析。

ABSTRACT
Reducer is the typical mechanical transmission which was widely be used mainly to play the role of matching the speed and transferring torque between the prime mover and the implementing agencies or working machine,it plays an irreplaceable role in the mechanization posed of a sealed box, meshing gear, drive shaft and bearing and ponents,which is mainly depended on the gear transmission is one of the indispensable transmission in the
mechanical engineering areas, and variable gear is the more superior type. Taking into account the design of the application areas, in order to reduce the size of the gear unit, considering center distance ,gear transmission use variable gear transmission.
This paper uses mechanical design, mechanical drawing, mechanical precision design, theoretical mechanics,mechanical principles, UG three-dimensional to model and assembly, plete gear design, shaft design and the design of the structural and other element analysis plete the gear shaft strength check. pletion of the reduction gear assembly drawing, parts diagramdrawing,make the design results of the most direct expression.
