摘要
我国属于发展中国家,经济、能源与环境的协调发展是实现我国现代化目标的重要前提。我国是个能源大国,也是个能源消费大国,当前我国能源的发展面临着人均能耗水平低、环境污染严重、能源利用率以及可再生能源比例少等问题。因此,调整能源结构,减少温室气体排放,缓解环境污染,加强能源安全已成为全国关注的热点,对可再生能源的利用,特别是风能开发利用也给予了高度重视。风能是一种清洁的可再生能源,风力发电是风能利用的主要形式,也是目前可再生能源中技术最成熟、最具有规模化开发条件和商业化发展前景的发电方式之一。
风力发电机的传动机构主要由主轴、齿轮箱、输出轴等部分组成,首先对齿轮箱进行设计,根据某型风力发电机所要求的技术匹配参数,选择适当的齿轮传动方案,在此基础上进行传动比分配与各级传动参数如模数、齿数等的确定,对于齿轮箱中的轴进行设计,并对齿轮、轴以及轴承进行校核,再考虑行星架、箱体的选用问题,最后在考虑其他因素对风力发电机的影响,进行三维仿真模拟。
