IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS:
The ponent is a practical, hands-on module and a key part of the MCI programme. This module will guide you in the preparation of a research proposal, which will form the basis of the final assessment. As part of this process, you will also be expected to design, conduct, analyze and interpret findings of a research project that could serve as preliminary data for your proposal. The final report should be in the form of a grant proposal that is adequate for submission to a local funding agency. To assist you in developing your research idea and direction, there will be regular meetings in the second year where you can receive feedback and mentoring from a panel of experts.
