汽车租赁管理信息系统设计与实现
摘要
当前国内的汽车租赁市场,经过十几年的发展己基本形成规模,市场体系也趋于完善,整个行业迅猛发展,汽车租赁公司也由一个服务性组织转变为一种资本运作型企业,一些国际知名的大牌汽车租赁公司也纷纷向这一市场进军。中国加入WTO 以后,汽车租赁市场的竞争必将更加激烈,汽车租赁公司自身的核心竞争力将是决定企业命运的关键。对于汽车租赁公司来说,传统的手工管理方式不但浪费人力、时间,而且管理复杂,易出差错。基于计算机技术的完备的汽车租赁管理系统把一些繁琐的数据计算、信息处理化为简单的指令操作,完全实现数据信息的电算化管理,彻底把人从手工管理中解放出来。经过艰苦的努力,我终于实现了预期的设计目标,开发出这套具有一定实用价值的机动车租赁管理系统,使用这套系统有利于提高汽车租赁公司的劳动生产率,节约生产成本,增加经济效益。
本文主要介绍了该系统生成的背景及汽车租赁系统是基于C/S结构,采用VB作为前台开发工具,Access作为后台数据库。同时本文并介绍了Visual Basic 。对汽车租赁管理信息系统进行了详细的需求分析,阐述系统的功能需求,利用先进的技术和模块化的软件结构,给出本系统各模块的数据流图。本系统的功能包括:租赁管理,档案管理,系统管理,帮助管理四个部分。

Abstract
Currently, China's car rental market, after ten years of development has been the basic scale, the market system tends to improve, the entire industry, the rapid development of car panies shift from a anization as an enterprise capital operation, a number of international well-known big-name car panies also have to enter this market. China's accession to WTO, competition in car rental market will e more intense, car pany's own petencies will be deciding the fate of key. For car panies, the traditional manual management is not only a waste of manpower, time, and plex, error-prone. Computer-based technology, complete management system for car rental data, some tedious calculations, information processing operations into simple instructions, the full realization of puterized data management, complete management of the people freed from the hand. Through hard work, I finally realized the desired design goals, develop a set of practical value to the motor vehicle has a lease management system, using this system helps improve vehicle pany's labor productivity, reduce production costs and increase economic benefits .
