I’d rather live alone. To me, privacy is extremely important. And, I feel it won’t be easy to find a really good roommate. I heard all the roommate stories and the majority of them were about how awful roommates were and how it was impossible to get along. Undoubtedly, with roommates everybody starts out with best will. But when time passes, people get cranky and you can find yourself in some hot water. That can be on minor things, like cleaning the bathroom, using somebody else's soap and paying for certain bills. But these minor things e to a serious point and destroy your relationship. My point is that if it’s likely that you’ll end up feeling resentful with each other, why should you live together at all?

1, Open, honest and munication is the key to essful roommate relationships. Take some time to talk about the things you’fortable with and not.
2, You’d better set ground rules up front. . When is the rent check due? Who will clean the living room? Is it acceptable to bring a boyfriend/girlfriend back to the room? Accept the fact that you'll have to promises.

3, It’s a good idea to divide the chores as making beds, dusting, washing dirty dishes and taking out the trash .
4, You’ll have a better time being together if you can be considerate. If you see your roommate studying, turn down the volume. Don't take things without permission. Wash the dishes after you use them, especially if the dishes aren't yours.
