Abstract
Along with the development of national industries, in metallurgical enterprise in the improvement of the ironmaking technology, the stability of the blast furnace of demand is higher and higher, and as a blast furnace ironmaking system of airing system of blast furnace ironmaking is one of the important auxiliary process, the automation of airing system relates to the stability of the system, wind supply interruption, extremely easy will cause the blast furnace malignant accident, the serious influence blast furnace production, it will cause the blast furnace damaged, and have a great effect on the stability of the blast furnace, influence the whole the production and operation of enterprises. The automatic dial the air control system development for the safety and stability of blast furnace production and enterprise high efficiency of the operation has the great security and economic benefits.
The purpose of the setting of the switch control system designed in this paper is a timely action when a wind turbine failure off the wind, influence the blast furnace production, use of airing system to determine the requirements of the the fan. By control dial wind valve opening, to ensure that the fault blast furnace can maintain the normal production . The safety and stability of blast furnace production and enterprise high efficiency of the operation system has the great security and economic benefit
Firstly, the development of configuration software, the fundamental constitution for configuration software and characteristics are analyzes, and the configuration software system construction is also introduced. This paper considers that building a process control system with configuration software is important. Secondly, the system using control software , which principle ,design ,choice of valve and the control calculation of volume of the wind. furthermore, on the basis of air intake system, I employ the Control software to design and
