电网110kV变电站优化规划

摘要:城市电网规划是电力系统规划和城市规划的重要组成部分,科学合理地进行城市电网规划是实现未来城市电网经济性和安全性的先决条件,可以给国家建设和城市发展带来巨大的经济和社会效益。变电站的规划是城市电网规划工作中的重要环节,变电站的位置直接影响着整个系统的网络结构、供电质量和经济运行性,变电站的容量直接影响着供电的可靠性,因此,做好城市配网变电站的规划工作对电力企业和用户都有重要的意义。
首先利用贪心算法快速求解新建变电站的座数及各变电站的容量,利用Hopfield神经网络校核新建变电站的位置和各变电站的供电范围,后确定各变电站的真实容量。在求解过程中,该方法考虑了已有变电站的改造问题。从全局最优的原则出发,可求得具有实际价值的最优或近似最优解。

The 110kV Distribution Substation Planning
in Puyang City
Abstract: City power distribution planning is the main part of power system planning and city planning,so doing it reasonably is the prerequisite condition of realizing the economic and social benefit to country construction and city substation planning is very important in the city work substation position is affecting work construction,the power supply quality and the efficiency of the power system substation capacity is affecting the power supply reliability make a good substaion plan for the city work has important meaning to the electric power business enterprise and customers.
The algorithm uses the greedy algorithm to work out the number of new substations and the capacity of each substation (including the existing substation) , then the Hopfield neural is used to determine the position of new substations and the service region of each substation,finally,according to the service region of each substation,the real capacity of each substation is decided while the renovation of the existent substation is from the principle of global optimization the optimum solution or approximate optimum solution can be this algorithm the data need not normalize in the working-out of the service regions of the substations.
