社会工作专业本科毕业生就业现状及对策研究
——以河南财经政法大学为例

摘要
伴随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展,一系列的社会问题也日益显现出来。社会工作专业作为一种解决社会问题、化解社会矛盾、维护社会和谐稳定发展的专业方法,在社会发展中地位愈加重要。近年社会工作各界同仁深入贯彻党的十八大会议精神,围绕社会工作发展需要,在社会工作事业发展顶层设计、社会工作人才队伍建设、社会工作专业服务等多方面全力推进工作进展,取得了骄人的成绩。虽然这些成绩在某种特定程度上展示了社会工作发展的良好契机,但由于国家对于社会工作职业化的法规制度和政策保障尚不完善、专业自身发展不足、社会认同度低等因素的影响,当前社会工作专业毕业生的就业状况并不容乐观。
据此,本文将以河南财经政法大学社会工作专业本科毕业生为调查对象,通过定量研究和定性分析相结合的研究方法,采用问卷调查和无结构式访谈的方式收集资料,从社会学的视角与方法在分析近几年河南财经政法大学社会工作专业毕业生就业现状的基础上,揭示社会工作专业毕业生就业中存在的问题,从学生个人、学校及社会三个方面探讨造成其就业问题的具体原因,并提出相应的对策与建议,以期更好地促进社会工作专业人才的不断成长和发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China's socialist market economy, a series of social problems in our country are increasingly apparent. Social work profession as a solution to social problems, resolve social conflicts, maintain social harmony and stable development of the professional approach increasingly important position in social development. By 2015, all my colleagues in social work thoroughly implement the party spirit of eighteen meetings, work around social development, the development of top-level design career in social work, social work qualified personnel, professional services, social work and other aspects of efforts to promote the progress achieved a remarkable achievement. "The development of professional social work" is the first to be written into the government work report, included in the government agenda. Although these achievements in certain extent, a good opportunity to show the work of social development, but because of the national social work professional regulatory systems and policy support is not perfect, lack of professional self-development, low social acceptance factors, the current employment status of graduates of social work and is not optimistic.
