摘要
在我国经济快速发展的今天,社会阶层分化也越来越明显,弱势群体的数量也显著增加。此时,社会服务机构在维护社会建设和发展的作用凸显出来。社会服务组织在政府与人民大众之间起到了桥梁和纽带作用,并不断成为政府加强和促进社会管理创新的重要途径。但是另一方面社会服务机构能力不足的问题也日益凸显,并严重影响机构的可持续发展。因此,对社会服务机构建立科学的评价指标体系,根据评价结果提出合理的意见,具有重要的意义。

Abstract
Today, with China's rapid economic development, social stratification is ing more and more obvious, and the number of vulnerable groups increased significantly. At this point, the role of social service agencies in the maintenance of social construction and development
e more and more obvious. Social anizations play the role as the bridge and the link between the government and the people, and e a important way to promote and strengthen the innovation of social management. But on the other hand, the problem of insufficient social service ability is also growing, and seriously affects the sustainable development of the mechanism. Therefore, to establish scientific evaluation index systemof the social service agencies, put forward reasonable suggestions according to the evaluation result, has the vital significance.
