摘要
本课题就对石家庄市某住宅楼集中供暖系统的设计,熟悉供暖设计的程序、内容和基本原则,学****设计的方法步骤,进一步提高运算、制图和使用资料的能力,巩固所学的知识,培养这些知识解决设计问题的能力。
在设计中,通过对设计情况的了解,确定建筑物的热负荷,供暖系统形式的选择,水力计算和校核计算;以及建筑物的平面图和系统原理图。
设计中采用的是采用机械循环、单管垂直式的上供下回跨越式系统。M-132型散热器,散热片安装形式为异侧的上供下回,供水立管之间为异程式。设计供回水温度为75/50℃。
换热站的设计主要包括设备的布置,定位尺寸确定,换热器的选型,循环水泵,补给水泵的选型及辅助设备的选择计算。
设计说明书中附有所有计算的数据。

abstract
This topic is a eight layers of Shijiazhuang building design of central heating system with heating design, program, content and basic principles, methods and steps of the learning design, improve operation and use of drawing and data, consolidate the knowledge, cultivating the ability of solving design problems.
In the design, through the design of buildings, determine the thermal load, the choice of the form of heating systems, hydraulic calculation and check calculation, And the building plan and system diagram.
Design is adopted by the mechanical circulation, single control system of vertical purification the design we used Steel column radiator 800×600, radiator for installation of the opposite offer next. Water is made between tube with a program, in the bottom water pipe with roots in process. Choose the outside building600×600 body in a separate room for the equipment room, placed between pump and heat exchanger. Design for the return water temperature to 75/50 degrees.
Heat exchange station design mainly includes the equipment layout, positioning to determine size, selection of heat exchanger, circulating pump, make-up pump type selection and the selection of auxiliary equipment calculation.
This design specification including all calculation data.
