SCOPE OF WORK
The bidders are requested to note that only the major equipment are mentioned below. Any other equipment / system not specifically mentioned below but mentioned elsewhere in the specifications and any other equipment / system essential for smooth and efficient functioning of the system shall be considered in the scope of the bidder at no extra cost.
The scope of work covered in this section, in general shall include, but not be limited to, the following :
a) Design, fabrication, manufacture, assembly, shop testing at manufacturer’s works, supervision of testing & commissioning and trial operation of two (2) nos. of steam turbine Generator unit of 25 MWe rating each with 5 % VWO condition, along with air cooled Condenser, Condensate Extraction Pumps and with all necessary auxiliaries and conducting guarantee performance testing as per ASME PTC-6. Performance guarantee condition for steam turbine & generator shall be 25 MW gross power output at generator terminal with power factor at 100% TMCR.
b) Supply of mended spare parts for two (2) years of trouble free operation of the equipment / system supplied and also required start-up missioning spares.
