Effects of Ginaton on hypoxiainduced endothelin secretion from human aortic endothelial cells
【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the effects of Ginaton at different concentrations on the hypoxiainduced endothelin (ET) secretion from cultured vascular endothelial cells (VECs). METHODS: Cultured VECs ple hypoxia group, highconcentration Ginaton group, moderateconcentration Ginaton group, and lober at the hEight of 5000 m for 30 min. The ET contents in supernatant of VECs before hypoxia and h after hypoxia, 6 h after hypoxia as easured munoassay. RESULTS: ① Simple hypoxia promoted VECs secretion of ET and ET content increased significantly at h after hypoxia and reached the peak at 6 h (P<). ② Ginaton inhibited VECs secretion of ET induced by hypoxia. At the time of h after hypoxia, highconcentration Ginaton ore effective than moderateconcentration and loe of 6 h and 24 h after hypoxia, moderateconcentration Ginaton ore significantly effective than highconcentration and lo cultured VECs and the effects of moderateconcentration Ginaton are more obvious pared 高度、停留30 min,对培养的血管内皮细胞进行缺氧. , 6, 24 h各组细胞培养液中内皮素含量. 结果: ①急性缺氧可显著促进血管内皮细胞分泌内皮素, h内皮素含量即显著升高,于缺氧后6h分泌内皮素含量最高. ②金钠多能明显抑制缺氧促血管内皮细胞分泌内皮素的作用, h表现出高浓度金钠多强于中浓度和低浓度金钠多组,在缺氧后6和24 h则中浓度金钠多的作用要强于高浓度和低浓度组. 结论: 金钠多能显著抑制缺氧促血管内皮细胞分泌内皮
