Effects of Ginaton on hypoxiainduced endothelin secretion from human aortic endothelial cells
【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the effects of Ginaton at different concentrations on the hypoxiainduced endothelin (ET) secretion from cultured vascular endothelial cells (VECs). METHODS: Cultured VECs ple hypoxia group, highconcentration Ginaton group, moderateconcentration Ginaton group, and lober at the hEight of 5000 m for 30 min. The ET contents in supernatant of VECs before hypoxia and h after hypoxia, 6 h after hypoxia as easured munoassay. RESULTS: ① Simple hypoxia promoted VECs secretion of ET and ET content increased significantly at h after hypoxia and reached the peak at 6 h (P<). ② Ginaton inhibited VECs secretion of ET induced by hypoxia.
