摘要:目的:观察针刺相应颈夹脊、风池、外风池(经验穴)、肩井、大椎、陶道、太冲治疗老年性颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:随机将108例老年性颈性眩晕患者分为治疗组60例,对照组(单纯用葛根素***化钠注射液)48例。观察两组的临床疗效。结果:一个疗程后,治疗组和对照组治疗均能减轻眩晕,%%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有非常显著性意义(P<)。结论:针刺相应颈夹脊、风池、外风池等穴是治疗老年性颈性眩晕的有效治疗方法。

Acupuncture in the Treatment of Senile Cervical Vertigo
Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the acupuncture at Jiaji (EX-BK2) of neck, Fengchi (GB 20), experienced acupoints, Jianjing (GB21), Dazhui (DU14), Taodao (DU13) and Taichong (LR3) for the treatment of the senile cervical vertigo. Method: A total of 108 cases of patients ent group of 60 cases and control group of 48 cases (only use the Puerarin and Sodium Chloride Injection). The curative effect of tent, the vertigo of the patients both in treatment group and control group had been relieved ent group and control group respectively bEing % and %. The curative effect in treatment group ethod to treat the senile cervical vertigo by the acupuncture at Jiaji of neck, Fengchi and experienced acupoints.

颈性眩晕是临床上常见的一组症候群,好发于中、老年人,尤以老年人为甚,其中以颈椎退变者多见。患者出现眩晕、恶心、呕吐、项强, 影响日常生活和工作。笔者于2002年3月至2004年3月采用针刺加TDP照射治疗60例老年性颈性眩晕患者,取得满意效果,报道如下。
1 临床资料
108例均为门诊病例,随机分为两组,治疗组(60人),对照组(48人),治疗组60例中,男28例,女32例,年龄55~75岁,病程1年至12年,且有反复发作的特点。对照组48例中,男22例,女26例,年龄50~70岁,病程半年至10年。
