摘要
本设计是以数字信号处理器为主要控制手段的直流双闭环调速系统。调速系统的速度和电流的反馈控制在当今环境下得到了广泛的应用。它是目前最重要的驱动方式,而速度和电流反馈是主要控制手法。因此我们在直流调速系统中设立两个调节器。一个是速度调节器(ASR),另一个是电流调节器(ACR)。他们都有各自的功能一个调节转速和另一个调节电流。其中电流称作为内环,转速称作为外环。本文对系统的实时处理能力和精度有了很大的提高。我们通过学****并且了解到该系统设计。与此同时其余这个系统的原理做了比较恰当主电路设计。在本系统的具体实践方面,采纳当前非常有前沿性的数字信号处理器(DSP)。并且用来作系统的控制器,它的处理速度极高。恰好符合实现实时性要求高且相对于单片机更加精确特点。在这个科技时代,直流电动机的构造和控制形式都产生了翻天覆地的变革。随着控制在各行各业的普及,和创新式的电力电子功率元器件的源源不断的出现。这种情况下,全控型的开关功率元件进行脉宽调制( PWM)控制形式变成当今的一种趋势。并且速度反馈元件选用霍尔传感器,通过检验霍尔传感器的指示灯与捕获端口来读取的状态是否一致。然后是数字信号处理器的自动调节脉冲宽度,输出脉冲,驱动电路后,控制电机速度的速度。

Abstract
The graduation project is to design a DSP-based DC double closed loop speed control system. Speed, current feedback control of the speed control system has been widely used in the world, is also the main electrical transmission suitable manner, in order to achieve speed and current feedback are two kinds of work, and therefore set up in the DC Drive Systems two regulators, the speed regulator (ASR) and the current regulator (ACR), respectively, adjust the speed and current. Wherein the current referred to as the inner ring, known as the speed of the outer ring. In this paper, the real-time processing power and accuracy of the system has been greatly improved. And the design of Double closed loop DC speed control system analyzes and testing, the DC double closed loop speed control system carried out a series of principles, cover the design of the main circuit. In terms of implementation of the system, using the more popular digital signal processor (DSP) as the system controller, its high processing speed, just to meet the requirements of real-time high with respect to the microcontroller
