轻型汽车的膜片式弹簧离合器设计
摘要:汽车技术飞速发展,各国路况水平逐渐完善,要求发动机高转速、高功率和汽车电子高科技,各方面都在向着高精尖的技术层次发展,人们的使用需求和要求也在日渐提高,对离合器性能的要求也与日俱增。推式膜片弹簧离合器不能满足实际需要,拉式膜片弹簧离合器可满足实际需要逐渐取代了它。由于其操作形式不便,正慢慢被自动操纵这种新的发展形式而取代。因此,离合器的发展趋势很明显,拥有很高的结构性能和满足使用要求的寿命,并且能够在高转速确保良好的工作状态,拥有简洁的部件构成和很高的传递效率。
本文根据离合器技术发展的具体要求,对某汽车离合器进行了设计。首先,根据当前离合器研究现状,包括功用、工作原理、具体的设计要求,对本文要完成的各项内容和所要完成的成果进行了全面概要的安排。然后,对离合器的结构进行了详细的设计,根据相关标准和要求,重点介绍了离合器构成部件及其构成方式的选取方案;根据设计要点,对主要构成部件的设计进行了详细的阐述。最后,对离合器构成部件的具体参数进行了科学的计算和优选。
