【摘要】检测乙型肝炎患儿血清瘦素水平并探讨其临床意义。方法: 对28例乙型肝炎患儿采用ELISA方法检测血清瘦素、肝纤维化指标透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、前胶原蛋白(PCIII)、转化生长因子U1 (TGFB1),并与16例正常组进行比较及相关性分析。结果:乙型肝炎患儿的血清瘦素水平明显高于对照组(P<), 肝纤维化指标血清HA、LN、PCIII、TGFB1水平明显高于对照组。相关分析发现,乙型肝炎患儿血清瘦素与HA、LN、PCIII、(P<)、 (P<)、(P<)、(P<),乙型肝炎患儿血清瘦素水平与血清HA、LN、PCIII、TGFB值之间呈正相关,其相关关系有显著意义。结论:血清瘦素参与乙型肝炎的纤维化的病理反应过程,可作为评价患者预防和治疗的指标之一。

The Serum Leptin Level Change and Clinical Significance of Child Hepatitis B Patient
Abstract Objective: To examine the patient’s serum leptinlevel and discusse its clinical significance. Methods: Using ELISA examines the serum leptin level of 28 hepatis B children patients in the third hospital of ~,16 healthy children are in controland the serum live fibrosis index,HA,LN,PCⅢ,U1(TGFB1) of hepatits B children patients are examined the relation bet leptin,HA,PCⅢ,TGFB1 and hepatitis B and the progress situation.
