【摘要】目的:探讨儿童肾上腺神经母细胞瘤的CT诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的30例儿童肾上腺神经母细胞瘤。结果:儿童肾上腺神经母细胞瘤的CT主要表现有大的不规则肿块25例,密度较均匀18例,钙化12例,囊变或坏死8例,出血4例,越过中线22例,包绕腹膜后大血管20例,腹膜后淋巴结肿大18例,2例肝转移,8例腹腔积液,2例盆腔转移。肿块不均匀强化,肾脏向后外侧移位24例,肾脏轮廓完整。结论:根据典型CT表现,并结合临床特点,可高度提示儿童肾上腺神经母细胞瘤的诊断。

CT Diagnosis of Adrenal Neuroblastoma in Children
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the value of CT diagnosis of adrenal neuroblastoma in children. Methods CT manifestations of 30 surgically and pathologically proved cases of adrenal neuroblastoma in children ain CT features of adrenal neuroblastoma in children included:huge and irregular mass(25 cases),the density is more even(18 cases),calcification(12 cases),cystic degeneration or necrosis(8 cases),bleeding(4 cases),crossing of the midline(22 cases),ajor vessels(20 cases),retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy(18 cases),liver metastasis(2 cases),seroperitoneum(8 cases),2 pelvic metastasis(2 cases).The mass ent. 神经母细胞瘤亦称成神经细胞瘤,为儿童最常见的实性脑外恶性肿瘤,占所有儿童期癌瘤的8%~10%[1,2]。75%以上儿童,肿瘤来自腹部,其中1/2~2/3来自肾上腺髓质[3]。偶可发生于***,是恶性程度很高的肿瘤。笔者对我院30例儿童肾上腺神经母细胞瘤的CT表现进行分析,报告如下。
1 材料与方法
收集我院1994年至2007年上半年间CT资料完整的儿童肾上腺神经母细胞瘤30例,男18例,女12例,年龄1岁~6岁,,发生于左侧17例,右侧13例,均经手术病理证实。
