[摘要] 目的:在实验室用普通光学显微镜取代相差显微镜,检测尿中红细胞形态改变对儿童血尿来源诊断具有实际意义。方法:留取晨尿50 ml混匀,取10 ml倒入刻度管内。1 500 r/min,5 ml。滴在载玻片上。18 mm×18 mm盖玻片压住。10×40的镜头检查。结果:表明有2种以上形态变化的红细胞占尿红细胞80%以上即可诊断为肾小球性血尿。20%~80%之间为混合型血尿。20%以下为非肾性血尿。结论:用普通光学显微镜替代相差显微镜检查尿中红细胞形态鉴别其来源。方法和操作准确简便易行。
