CFM56-7发动机滑油系统及其常见故障分析
摘要
CFM56-7发动机是波音737NG的唯一可选动力装置,随着波音737NG在我国民航中数量的不断增多,研究此发动机的意义也越来越重要。其中滑油系统作为CFM56-7发动机的一个重要系统,对其结构、功能及其常见故障的研究分析会对飞行安全有极大的帮助。
本文主要介绍了CFM56-7发动机滑油系统的结构和功能,着重列举和分析了该发动机滑油系统常见的几个故障:滑油消耗量过大,滑油温度过高,滑油压力过高,滑油压力过低,滑油量过高。并从滑油系统结构和功能上分析了这几个故障的发生原因,并画出故障树以帮助分析故障原因,最后给出这些故障的排故程序。

Abstract:
The CFM56-7 engine is the only optional power plant for the Boeing the Boeing 737NG in the growing number of China's civil aviation,the significance of studying this engine is also an increasingly important. The oil system as an important system for the CFM56-7 engine,its structure, function mon failure analysis will flight safety be a great help.
This paper introduces the structure and function of the CFM56-7 engine oil system,enumerate and analysis several failures in the engine oil system:Engine Oil Consumption is High,Engine Oil Temperature is High,Engine Oil Pressure is High,Engine Oil Pressure is Low,Engine Oil Quantity is from the oil system on the structure and function analysis of the causes of these failures,draw the fault tree to help analyze the cause of the malfunction,list the troubleshooting procedures of these failures at the end.
