机械式防跑水水龙头设计与制造
摘 要
本文主要设计了机械式防跑水水龙头,它是在停水忘关水龙头的情况下,若再次来水不能外泄的装置。本文分别介绍了机械式防跑水水龙头的背景和国内外现状,对水龙头内部原理和结构设计以及各个零部件的设计做了详细的介绍,另外还对各个零部件的制作方法以及加工工序做了详细的设计。本机械式防跑水水龙头主要是利用了浮子在水中的浮力和在无水时自身重力下完成预期功能的,装置中没有弹簧,免去了弹簧在水中容易生锈缩短使用寿命的缺陷。并且该水龙头结构简单实用,在无人忘关水龙头的情况下能安全防止水外泄。另外在设计和制作过程中尽可能减少加工和制造费用,使设计出的水龙头能够价格低廉,实用性强,有更广泛的应用和推广价值。

ABSTRACT
The paper designs a running water faucet, it is the tap water forgeting the circumstance in turn off, if again to not leaked to the device. This paper essential-ly introduces the background of the water faucet anti running situation at home and abroad, and the internal structure and principle of faucet designs and the various parts of the design are described in detail, and also to all parts of the production processes and methods to do a detailed design. This mechanical prevent run water faucet is mainly use the float in water in the water of buoyancy and when under its own gravity is expected in the function, no spring, spring in water is easy to rust shorten life. And this faucet structure is simple, practical, and forget to turn off the tap in one of the circumstances to prevent leakage of water can safely. In the design and manufacture process as to reduce costs, processing and manufacturing to design a faucet can low prices, practical strong, have more extensive application and dissemination value.
