摘要
本文通过对科学发展观及其理论渊源的分析与梳理,论述了科
学发展观重大的理论与实践意义。
文章共分五部分。第一部分,讲科学发展观的理论内涵。第二
部分,从哲学层面论证了科学发展观是唯物史观的新发展。第三部
分,通过对西方发展理论的分析,揭示了科学发展观对它的借鉴与
超越。第四部分,通过对中国特色社会主义发展理论的系统梳理与
分析,说明科学发展观是对它的新发展。第五部分,论述科学发展
观对构建社会主义和谐社会的现实意义。

On The Scientific Outlook of Development
——And also on the socialist theory of development with Chinese features

Abstract
Based on the analyses and sorting of the scientific outlook of
development and its origins, this thesis discusses the importance, in
theory and practice, of the scientific outlook of development.
The thesis consists of five sections. The first section discusses the
connotation of the scientific outlook of development. The second
section argues that the scientific outlook of development is new
development of historical materialism .The third section reveals
references and surpassing from the western theory of development by
the scientific outlook of development, by analyzing .The fourth section
demonstrates the new development from the socialist theory of
development with Chinese features to the scientific outlook of
development .The last section exposes the practical significance to
socialist harmonious society from the scientific outlook of development.
