齿轮室的数控编程与加工
摘要
二十一世纪的制造业面临着激烈的市场竞争,市场的不断变化,需要企业随时做出产品上的改变以应对市场的改变。数控技术集传统的机械制造技术、计算机技术、成组技术与现代控制技术、传感检测技术、信息处理技术、网络通讯技术、液压气动技术、光机电技术于一体,极大地提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,是现代先进制造技术的基础和核心。把传统制造业推进到信息化制造时代,是现代工业实现自动化、柔性化、集成化生产,适应市场要求的基础,是一种知识密集型和资金密集型的技术。
齿轮室作为发动机的重要组成零件,是一种典型的箱体类零件。本次设计将先进行齿轮室零件的分析,通过对参考文献的研究分析,阐述数控加工工艺分析等相关内容。从提高齿轮室制造技术出发,阐述夹具设计和机床概念设计中的设计原则、设计步骤、注意点等,针对齿轮室设计一套专门的夹具,以满足齿轮室加工精度高的生产要求。

ABSTRACT
The 21st century's manufacturing industry is facing the fierce petition, the changing of the market, need to make the products on the change in response to market changes. Sets of numerical control technology the traditional mechanical manufacturing technology, computer technology, group technology and modern control technology, sensor detecting technology, information processing technology, munication technology, hydraulic pneumatic technology, manufacturing technology into anic whole, greatly improved the production efficiency, reduce the production cost, is the foundation of the modern advanced manufacturing technology and the core. Made traditional manufacturing advances into the information era, is the modern industrial automation, flexibility, integration, to meet the market requirement, the basis of a knowledge intensive and capital intensive technologies.
Gear chamber as an important part of the engine, is a kind of typical box body parts. This design will undertake the analysis of the gear parts, first through the study of reference analysis, nc machining process analysis and related content. Starting from improving the gear manufacturing technology, fixture design and machine design principles and design steps of conceptual design, attention, etc., aiming at gear chamber design a set of special jig, in order to satisfy the requirement in producing high precision gear room.
