基于单片机的IC卡读卡器的设计
摘要
非接触式IC卡又称射频卡,由IC芯片、感应天线组成,封装在一个标准的PVC卡片内,芯片及天线无任何外露部分。是世界上最近几年发展起来的一项新技术,它成功的将射频识别技术和IC卡技术结合起来,结束了无源(卡中无电源)和免接触这一难题,是电子器件领域的一大突破。卡片在一定距离范围(通常为5—10mm)靠近读写器表面,通过无线电波的传递来完成数据的读写操作。
本文首先研究了基本的理论,包括射频识别技术、ARM处理器体系结构和嵌入式系统,然后基于这些理论,:第一部分是读卡器的收发模块,选用飞利浦公司的高集成度非接触式读写芯片MF RC设计射频收发模块,对射频芯片接口电路设计作了详细的论述;第二部分是核心控制模块,以芯片FM1702为核心,对电源供应电路、存储器电路、通信接口电路、LED显示电路等设计做了一定的描述,,.

Abstract
