摘要
这篇论文介绍了液压半自动车床的设计。目的是为了满足自行车变速轴外壳的大规模生产的需要,用于对变速轴外壳的外圆以及内孔进行加工。
此专用车床是采用液压和电气系统联合控制。通过液压系统实现对工件的自动夹紧和松开,刀架的自动纵向进给和横向退刀。通过主轴箱的手柄对主轴进行变速。刀架最大行程是160mm,最大加工工件外径58mm.
此车床的优点是结构简单,易于操作,维修方便,能满足生产率的要求,同时还有较高的经济性。
本篇论文从专用车床的角度考虑,系统的对整个设计过程做了详细的介绍,从机床的总体结构设计到车床的液压系统,电气系统的设计。并且对主要受力件进行了校核。在保证验算后合格的情况下,进行了具体尺寸的设计,各标准件与非标准件的选择和应用。

Abstract
The paper introduces the design of a hydraulic semi-automatic special lathe. This design is in order to meet of the large-scale production of the variable-speed case shell of bicycle, The: special lathe is used to machine the excircle and the inthole of the variable-speed axis case shell.
This special lathe is jointly controlled by hydraulic system and electric system. The hydraulic system to gain the automatic clamping and loosing to the workplace, the automatic longitudinal feeding and cross retract of the tool carrier .The shank in the front of the spinglehead is used to change the spindle rotational speed. The max stroke of the tool carrier is 160mm, the max outside diameter of the workplace can be machined is 58mm.
The special lathe have some advantage, for example simple structure, convenient operation and easy upkeep and so on, it also can satisfied the repuire of productivity, as the same time it has a higher economy.
With the angle of the special lathe, the paper is systematic to make detailed introduction for entire design-course, From the overall structural design to the design of hydraulic-system and electrical-system. and carried out the checking nucleus mainly by force, under the condition of putation, the paper have carried out the design of specific size, Selected and applied ponents and nonstandard.
