富氧底吹炼铜炉关键技术研究

摘要:对目前国内关于底吹熔炼炉的文献进行了总结,并对比了几种先进熔炼方法的技术特点,还对长径比、隔墙和氧枪等关键部位的设计进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,底吹熔炼炉在流动、传质、单位床能力和单位能耗等方面有着一定的优势。

Study on Key Technology of Oxygen Enriched Bottom Blown Copper Melting Furnace

Abstract: Technical features of several melting methods pared based on a summary of recent literatures of oxygen enriched bottom blown copper melting furnace. The designs of length-diameter ratio, inner partition and oxygen lance were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the oxygen enriched bottom blown copper melting furnace has advantages in aspects of flow state, mass transfer process, unit bed capacity and specific energy consumption.
