一、课程描述 Course Description:
《商务英语》旨在把国际商务活动和系统的英语语言知识以及技能培养密切结合在一起,培养适应经济全球化的人才。本课程的设置是为了让学生通过学****商务英语能够适应并胜任与外贸、合资及外资相关的工作,从而提高他们的英语听、说、读、写、译的实际运用能力与跨文化交际能力。

二、课程教学基本目标 Course Objective:
1. 能听懂一般商务活动中的电话、产品展示、谈判、会议发言等,能基本把握言语者的态度和意图。
2. 能用基本正确的英语进行一般商务活动,如社交活动、展示产品和业务谈判,筹备商务会议,或作会议发言。
3. 能为读懂主要英语报刊、杂志有关商务活动的一般性报道和评论文章打好基础。
4. 能草拟或翻译一般性商务材料,包括公函、公务报告、简历和填写表格等。
