摘要:企业的财务风险是指在企业的各项财务活动中,由于一些不可控或难以预料的因素而导致企业财产遭到
损失的情况。企业的财务风险贯穿企业财务管理工作的各个环节和全过程,极大地威胁着企业的资金安全和经营管理,
是企业长期以来都面临的难题和挑战。所以,分析与防范财务风险对于企业的良性运行和健康发展具有十分重要的意
义,在提高企业经营管理水平、加快资金周转、保障资产安全方面都具有不可替代的作用。

Abstract:The financial risk of an enterprise refers to the loss of enterprise property in the financial activities of the enterprise
due to some uncontrollable or unpredictable financial risks of enterprises run through all aspects of the financial
management work and the whole process,which greatly threatens the enterprise's financial security and is a long­
standing problem and ,the analysis and prevention of financial risks are of great significance to the healthy
operation and healthy development of has an irreplaceable role in improving the level of enterprise management and
management,speeding up cash flow and guaranteeing asset security.
