摘要
中国已进入人口老龄化快速发展时期,人口老龄化进程急剧加快。我国社会保障能力不足与养老负担沉重之间的矛盾必将是未来中国发展进程中的主要矛盾之一。住房反向抵押养老保险的引进对于我国解决人口老龄化带来的养老问题,尤其对我国现行养老体制的补充和养老方式的创新意义很重大。但是,鉴于我国的具体国情,文化传统,人们的思想意识以及地区之间经济水平等因素存在一定差异,致使其推行条件仍不成熟,推行的效果还不太明显,甚至有人认为它根本不适合中国。本文是在中国人口老龄化的大背景下,结合住房反向抵押的基本理论,并且从产品的特点,风险防范,市场主体的选择,以及中国的基本国情和文化传统等。用理论分析、比较分析、数据分析、案例分析的方法进行分析其在我国推行过程中遇到的问题。借鉴国外先进的实践经验,尝试分析其在我国的具体环境下的发展前景,并结合以上分析对住房反向抵押养老保险在我国的可行性进行综合分析。当前我国住房反向抵押养老保险还处于理论的试点论证阶段,对其进行可行性分析仍具有重要的意义。

Abstract
