摘要
人力资源是社会发展的动力,是社会的第一资源。伴随着世界经济的一体化,知识经济网络化的飞速发展,企业之间的竞争也越来越强烈,而企业之间的竞争归根结底就是人才的竞争。人力资源管理在现代企业中扮演起了越来越重要的角色,可以说,人力资源管理是现代企业管理中一项重要内容,它是继传统的人事管理之后的一种新型的管理理论和管理制度,从现实层面来分析,中国加入WTO后,随着我国经济的快速发展,进入中国的外资企业正在迅速增长。这些企业为了有效地开展经营活动,越来越多地实施了员工的本土化策略。这在无形之中与国内企业展开了人才竞争的较量,国内企业如果没有积极有效的应对措施,将会在人才竞争中处于被动地位,不从战略的高度重视人力资源的改革,其后果将会影响企业的长远发展。因此,必须建立一个行之有效的用人机制,方能使我国企业在残酷的市场经济竞争中处于不败之地。本文以沈阳沧运货物运输有限公司的人力资源管理为主要探究对象,首先介绍了人力资源管理基本理论,接着分析了沈阳沧运货物运输有限公司的概况以及其人力资源管理存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了科学人力资源管理的对策措施。本文主要是通过该公司的人力资源管理情况,来分析怎样合理的任用现有的人力资源来达到公司利益最大化。
