摘要
在中国汽车行业的高速发展,国内外竞争加剧的大环境下。我国汽车服务新兴(骨干)企业沈阳鑫瑞通汽车服务有限公司同其他身处浪潮当中问题百出的公司一样面临着各种问题。发展停滞不前,利润不升反降。行业地位正面临前所未有的威胁。所以,为了适应竞争新格局,企业必须确定未来的发展战略。本文以沈阳鑫瑞通汽车服务有限公司的战略管理为主要研究内容,结合我国汽车行情及行业特点,对企业自身的经营状况和该企业的未来发展存在哪些影响因素进行了调查研究,对沈阳地区汽车服务市场的发展进行了预测,并以此为基础对沈阳鑫瑞通汽车服务有限公司的经营发展战略思想和战略目标进行了研究,提出了公司未来的经营发展策略及具体应对措施。
本文首先阐述了汽车服务行业背景,介绍了包括企业战略管理在内的战略管理的基本理论及相关知识,为本文的主要研究工作做出理论铺垫。其次,针对沈阳鑫瑞通汽车服务有限公司的地缘环境和经营现状,提出了其在经营方面存在的主要问题,并对其内部管理和外界环境方面存在的威胁和漏洞进行战略环境分析,为制订合理的战略规划提供依据,进而明确公司经营与发展的战略思想、战略目标以及战略重点,根据分析结果提出包括竞争战略、职能战略以及战略实施中采取的保障措施等具体思想和措施,为沈阳鑫瑞通汽车服务有限公司提升市场竞争力,实现可持续发展提供决策依据,具有很大的现实意义和参考价值。

Abstract
With the rapid development of automobile industry in China, under the environment of petition at home and abroad. Our emerging (backbone) auto service enterprises in Shenyang XinRuitong Auto Service CO., LTD. with other problem of wave in panies faced with various problems. Stagnate, profits rise but not fall. Industry status is facing an unprecedented threat. So, in order to adapt to the new pattern petition, the enterprise must determine the development strategy of the future. This paper takes Shenyang XinRuitong Auto Service CO., LTD., strategic management as the main research content, combined with China's automobile market and industry characteristics, to the enterprise's own business conditions and what are the factors affecting the future development of the enterprise to carry on the investigation and study, the development of the automobile service market in Shenyang area is forecasted, and on this basis, the Shenyang XinRuitong Auto Service CO., LTD., the operation and development of strategic thinking and strategic target is studied, put forward the future management of pany development strategy and concrete measures.
