摘要
在宽带无线通信系统中,带宽的增加使无线业务更加丰富,对无线资源进行有效
的管理是现代无线通信系统所必需的。在传统的无线通信中,提供的业务少(主要是
话音业务和少量的低速数据业务),无线资源分配方式较为固定,使用效率不高。在
现代宽带无线通信系统中,传输带宽大大提高,往往需要同时支持突发性强的数据业
务和固定带宽的语音业务。因此高效地分配利用无线资源、提高网络带宽的综合利用
率是关键技术之一。
从无线资源管理技术发展的角度看,无线资源管理面对单一业务类型时可以实现
较高的分配效率,但对于多种业务类型并发时,往往只能侧重保证某一类业务而牺牲
另一部分业务的性能。而且,无线网络不具备有线网络上天然的冲突检测和信道侦听
能力,这使得协议设计更具有难度。
本文对当前主要的无线资源管理技术进行了介绍和分析,讨论了无线资源管理方
法设计中的关键技术要点,提出了一种适用于宽带无线通信系统的上行无线资源分配
方法。在详细描述算法的基础上,针对典型的宽带无线通信系统,建立了对应的仿真
系统对算法进行验证。从理论分析和仿真结果可知,该方法较好地解决了多业务并发
时的上行带宽分配问题,兼顾了不同业务对时延和带宽的不同需求,较传统技术提高
了带宽利用率,减少了协议开销和传输时延。

Abstract
In the broadband munication systems, the services provided e
more and more plentiful as the band increases and an efficient radio resource management
scheme is ing more and more important. Traditional munication
systems only provide limited services, mainly voice and only a little low speed data service.
The method of allocating radio resource in those systems is basically fixed and inefficient.
However, as the great increase of wireless bandwidth in broadband munication
systems, it is always needed to support burst data service and constant bandwidth voice
simultaneously. Therefore, efficient utilization of radio resource es a key point in the
design of broadband systems.
From the view of the development of radio resource management, current technologies
have quite good performance and high efficiency when the category of service is single.
However, when multiple services take place simultaneously, the system has to emphasize
on some certain kinds of services and degrade the performance of others. Moreover, the
work is not able to detect collision and monitor the channel status as is the
work, which makes it more difficult to design the management scheme.
