China Minimum Wage Database Update Principle
1 The database is maintained by the specific personnel - database maintainer. The last updated database will be sent to each member of the pliance Group by the database maintainer.
2 The last updated database is also saved on the share drive. No one is authorized to modify the file of the China Minimum Wage Database on the share drive except the database maintainer.
3 Only the following sources are accepted: verbal confirmation from the Local Labor Bureau and the official documents.
4 Each consultant should contact the department of the Lacal Labor Bureau which is in charge of the minimum wage prior the audit.
5 Please contact the labor bureau of the Area (地级市劳动局) first and then contact the labor bureau of the City / County / District (县级市/县/区劳动局) if the labor bureau of the Area could not provide us with suffient information.
6 Please inform the whole pliance Group with the follow details via e-mail when the local minimum wage is changed:
the updated minimum wage of each City / County / District in this Area;
the effective day of the minimum wage;
the correct name and the telephone number of the department of the Local Labor Bureau (for the verbal sources);
the document number of the official document regarding the minimum wage updated (for the document sources).
7 Please try to get the copies of the official documents regarding the minimum wage and all copies are submitted to the database maintainer for file keeping purpose.
8 Please inform the database maintainer when the other information is changed, such as the name of the Area or City / County / District, the name or telephone number of the deparment.
