初探任务驱动教学法在《办公自动化》课程中的应用
摘要:随着计算机技术的普及,《办公自动化》课程已经成为大学生的必修课。有些教师在教授非计算机专业的学生时,由于找不到合适的教学方法,教学效果不理想,学生的学****兴趣和学****效率不高。当前,任务驱动教学法已逐渐成为计算机教学的通用方法,在分析《办公自动化》课程的特点基础上,提出了如何在该课程中合理运用任务驱动教学法,总结了教学实施过程中要注意的问题。以期达到对该课程的教学有一定指导意义,同时也希望能对所有计算机操作类课程的教学起到一定的启发作用。

Task-driven Approach in the "Office Automation" Course

Abstract: With the popularity puter technology, "Office Automation" has e pulsory for university students. Some teachers are unable to find appropriate teaching methods for the students who are not the majors. As a result of this, the students' interests and learning efficiency are needed to be improved. Currently, the task-driven approach has e mon method puter teaching. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of this course, how to use the method rationally and the problems that should be noted in the teaching process have been summed up in this article. The topic is discussed here to have positive influence both puter teaching and all the puter operations courses.

在职业教育领域内,非计算机专业的学生为更好地掌握计算机操作知识,学会利用计算机工具处理日常办公事务,大多数高职院校都开设有《办公自动化》课程。该课程以微软公司的Office系列软件为操作背景,结合自动化办公中涉及到的知识要点,对学生进行系统化的计算机基础知识的训练和操作辅导。
