摘要
建设单位为有效控制建筑工程的造价,在项目的决策阶段、设计阶段工程招标阶段、
施工阶段和竣工阶段对工程造价进行有效的控制,以达到将工程造价控制价控制在限额
内,以保证项目的顺利实施。本文分析了建设单位现有的工程造价现状以及我国工程造价
管理的发展完善对策和未来发展方向,其次,指出了工程造价的影响因素及体现,给出工
程造价控制方法,应该注意的问题,并推荐使用价值工程的应用,结合国内外的实际情况
分析了造价控制存在的问题并制定了相应的对策,通过案例分析更好的论证了这一理论。
最后根据相关案例对其方法和措施进行具体分析。

Abstract
Construction units for effective control of engineering cost, in the project decision-making
stage, design stage, project bidding stage, construction stage pletion stage for effective
control of engineering cost, in order to achieve to control the project cost control price within the
quota, to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. This article analysis the present
situation of the construction unit of the existing engineering cost and developing countermeasure
of our country's engineering cost management and the future development direction, and second,
points out the influence factors of the project cost and reflect, given the project cost control
method, should pay attention to the problem, and mended the application of value
engineering, combining the actual situation of domestic and foreign analyzes the problems
existing in the cost control and formulate the corresponding countermeasures, through case
analysis demonstrates the theory better. According to the relevant case to carry out specific
analysis on the methods and measures.
