呼吸功能训练对重度心力衰竭患者康复有什么影响
【摘要】目的: 探讨呼吸功能训练对重症心力衰竭患者的治疗干预效果, 为重症心力衰竭患者康复运动方式提供参考。方法:选取住院重度心力衰竭患者共120例。随机将患者分为呼吸功能训练组、对照组。所有心衰患者都给予常规药物治疗。观察两组患者实验前后临床数据。进行统计学处理结果: 与对照组相比,重症心力衰竭患者心功能指标没有明显提高、但实验组的临床症状有所改善,生活质量提高。结论:虽然心功能指标上从统计学上没有统计学差异,但呼吸肌训练可重度心力衰竭改善患者临床症状及生活质量。
