圆锥破碎机 CH660下壳体铸造工艺研究

摘要:圆锥破碎机壳体为大型铸钢件,形状复杂,质量要求高。通过对其结构进行工艺分析,确定了采用树脂砂造
型,保温冒口加内外冷铁,并用CAE/InteCAST对铸造工艺进行模拟验证,采用快速浇注,正火+回火热处理,成功生
产了CH660圆锥破碎机下壳体。产品尺寸精度、力学性能、表面粗糙度均达到要求,经过探伤检验和主机厂装机后的
生产验证,产品质量达到用户要求,为产品成批高效生产奠定了基础。
